Robert "Bob" Houge, 69, of Richmond and formerly of Green Bay, WI., passed away October 18, 2019. Loving father of Megan Koch, David Houge, and Andrew Houge. Cherished brother of Mary Teresa Houge, Margaret Christine (Ron) Lumm, Timothy Michael (Denise) Houge, Jane Davis-Wood, William Lief (julie) Houge, and the late John Houge. Fond grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Longtime salesman in the automobile industry.
