Robert K. McCullough-Sherwin, 74, US Air Force Veteran of Batavia and formerly of Chicago's Mayfair neighborhood, at rest January 16, 2022. Survived by his loving wife of ten years, Susan McCullough-Sherwin, and brother Jim (Charlene) Sherwin. Preceded in death by parents Raymond and Lorraine Sherwin. Retired CPD detective and substitute teacher for the Niles School District who specialized in history. Longtime Civil War reenactor who loved animals and riding horses. A private family service will be announced at a later date and time.
