Robert "Roby" Andrew Neri

Robert Andrew Neri, known as Roby by everyone who knew and loved him, passed away February 16, 2023 after a year long battle with esophageal cancer. He was 52 years old. Roby grew up on the Northwest side of Chicago and remained there for most of his life. He loved rock music and was a talented musician. Roby could play the piano, harmonica, and guitar but his favorite instrument was the drums. He was a creative soul and especially loved to write songs. 

Roby is survived by his beloved mother Rose Neri; loving siblings Victoria (the late Kenneth) Kostrzewa, Michael Neri, John (Stephanie) Neri and Heidi (Howard Dobrick) Neri; cherished nieces Anna (Brian) Gebhardt and Julia Neri; dearest uncle Anthony Kronbauer. He was preceded in death by his father Louis Neri.
