Ronald R. Eglinton Sr., 72, of Carpentersville, Illinois, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, November 5, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Virginia. Loving father of Ron Dozier, Renee Hickmon, Sherrie Keesee, Jimmy Eglinton, Kelly Eglinton and the late Ronnie Eglinton Jr. and Don Dozier. Treasured grandfather of 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. Dear brother of Maryanne and the late Cindy. Devoted son of the late Geraldine. Ronald Sr. retired after 35 years of service as a firefighter for the Carpentersville Fire Department.
