Ronald Edward Napier

Ronald Napier, 81, US Army Veteran of Stickney, Illinois, peacefully passed away at his home April 5, 2023. Ronald graduated from Proviso East High School in 1959. Following graduation, he honorably served in the Signal Corps branch of the US Army, where he was stationed in Germany. Once back home, he devoted his time to his family and acting with the Second City Children's theatre. Ronald was a generous and charitable man who would give what he had even if it was all that he had. He was a longtime real estate appraiser and Cook County Assessor, and a devout member of Lyons Evangelical Free Church. Ronld is survived by his loving daughter Nicole Napier and former spouse Dorothy Gibbs Napier. A celebration of his life will be determined at a later date.
