Ruben was the beloved son of Alicia and the late Ruben, Sr. He was also the loving brother of Herman (Mary Elena), Leonel (Kathleen), Gustavo A Barrios-De-Leon, Byron (Estela) and Louis, who preceded him in death. Ruben was a fond Uncle and friend to many.
