Ruth Gilmer

Ruth Gilmer, 58, of Bloomington, Illinois, passed away on May 3, 2020. Beloved mother of Raymond Gilmer. Loving daughter of Ruth Marie Duvall and Raymond Eugene Gilmer Sr. Ruthie, as she was affectionately known by, was raised and completed her schooling in Lincoln, Illinois. Cherished sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Ruthie worked in the service industry for over 20 years. She was a devoted member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church and enjoyed singing in the choir. Ruthie will be missed by her family and friends, who all loved her dearly.
