Sara Ruth O'Connell, 80, of Lincoln Park, formerly of Evanston passed away after a brief illness on May 20, 2022. Loving mother of Conley Phelps & Annah Phelps. Cherished nana of Bailey. Dear sister of Richard, Henry, Jim, Chrissy & the late John & Denny. Active membor and advocate of AA, cubs fan, music & a nature enthusiast who loved Chicago. 

A memorial mass will be held Friday May 27, 20222 at St. Michaels Catholic Church 1633 N. Cleveland Ave., Chicago, IL 60614.
