Simone Alvarez, 68, of Chicago's South Side, after a lifetime battle with degenerative muscular dystrophy, passed away July 31, 2023. Beloved wife of Jimmy for 19 years. Loving Mother of Joe and William. Preceded in death by her sister. Fond friend to many. Longtime beautician at JC Penney in North Riverside Mall.
