Susann E Manning

Susann E. Manning nee Clark Butterworth, born on October 19, 1943, in Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully at her home on May 20, 2026. She was a long-time beautician and also worked as a receptionist at the MidTown Tennis Club.

Susann was a dedicated Chicago Cubs fan throughout her life, showing her love for the team with steadfast enthusiasm. She lived a full life surrounded by family.

She is survived by her beloved husband, John Manning of 35 years; her daughter, Michele(Charles); and her grandchildren, Samantha, Meghan, and Sean. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael.

A mass at St. Tarsciss will be held at a later date and time to honor Susann’s memory. Her family and friends will remember her kindness and warmth.
