Thomas J. Flanagan of Chicago, IL peacefully passed January 23rd, 2025. Beloved husband of Margaret Flanagan (née Quirk) for 47 years. Loving father to Bridget Flanagan, and TJ Flanagan (Tanya). Adored grandfather to John, Tommy, and Livia Flanagan. Cherished brother of Judy (Joseph) Haughey and the late Marilyn Gulan. Fond uncle, and friend of many. Thomas retired from Chicago Police Department after 28 years of service.
A celebration of his life is to be determined.
