Vincent Carter, 65, of Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood, at rest February 23, 2022. He is survived by his daughters Lorraine Carter and Vinita Carter, grandson Maurice Williams and a host of friends. Vincent was a longtime bus driver for the CTA.
