Vivian "Vicki" Tustin

Vivian "Vicki" Tustin (née Holmes), age 99, of Washington, Pennsylvania, went home to be with our Lord on September 19, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Carl (2012). Loving mother of William (Christa Zupko) Tustin; cherished grandmother of Kristopher (Beth) Tustin and Rachel (Brent) Joyner; great-grandmother of Jensen Joyner; dear sister of the late Evelyn Jane Humphreys. 

Vicki was a devout christian and devoted mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. In addition to caring for her family, she dedicated many years to her career in Human Resources at Washington Hospital. Vicki had a great sense of humor and loved to tell stories. She is fondly remembered for her fervor when it came to holiday decorating - not allowing a single spot to go without. 

A celebration of her life will take place in her hometown of Washington, PA; details pending.
