Dear father to Diane Watkins, Anthony Watkins and Morsie Watkins. Beloved grandfather to Kobie Wilson, George Timothy Nelson III, Edward J. Wilson, Isaac C. Wilson, Shanice Nelson, LaTasha Santos, and Ellie Santos. Wilbert was a proud US Army Veteran.
